Binaural Beats Generator by Meditation Treks lets you create your own binaural beats and isochronic tones for sleep, relaxation, creativity, and focus.
Binaural beats use slightly different frequencies in each ear to encourage brainwave entrainment. Research suggests this may help shift your mental state toward calm, focus, or rest. Isochronic tones use a pulsing single tone and do not require headphones.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
. Generate binaural beats with adjustable carrier and beat frequencies
